If he's so great, why is he a career backup?

There is a different than backing up and splitting time. Learn it imo.

Jeff Garcia isn't even as good as Elisha which is why he is not the starter ... he is Elisha's backup

If he is not the best QB on his team ... he certainly can't be the best in GLB!

And there's a difference between being trusted to be the only QB because you are the best, and being forced to split time because you clearly aren't.
