Not sure what to call it but its not cheating or networking as some would call it but im looking to add a few owners to a private forum where we help each other out and provide players for each other. I have lots of ideas but dont want to post them all around here.
I know thier are quite a few private forums that are suppose to help recruit but I see them fail all to often because of the number of teams allowed in. So basically you get a ton of teams all looking for players while nobody is supplying players.
Reason why this can work is because their will be a limited amount of teams and agents in this forum who have each others back. Thier will be a few rules to follow but that is to make sure it runs all smoothly.
Im going to be looking for a few different tier teams like higher tier, medium and lower tier and try to all be in different regions. I have some other ideas that I havent seen done yet that I would like to incorporate. We will allow the owners of thier teams and GM's and select agents to possibly be in this private forum. I guess you could almost call it a family of teams.
If you would like an invite shoot me a pm please and why you would be a good canidate and we can discuss it. Its not going to be first come first serve either...im going to discuss the nominees with my current staff and try to pick out the best members who seem like they will contribute the most.
