I can't help with examples, but I can save you some time and let you know now that they're not worth a damn.

Go watch some of Deathblade's late season games. He started using a lot of Cover 3 very effectively. I learned a bit tbh.

Cover 3 in the right situations can be VERY effective.

It is basically a cover 3 though.

In those it shows CB1 & CB2 dropping into zone, is the SS blitzing in them? Or is that the way it always is? I thought it was the SS, FS, & CB1.

No...it is 2 CB's and a safety...most of the time it is the FS, but last time it came up, people were posting examples of the SS covering the middle.

The SS generally plays man or zone, depending on what your coverage is set to. He is also free to blitz without losing any of your deep cover.

lol. yes. I noticed a team with the same name a couple leagues ahead of us a while back. Now we are in same league.

Their could be a Samoa Flying Foxes vs. Samoa Flying Foxes Championship game.
