Okay, I am going to be starting a farm team for the Navy Snipes. i am currently on the waiting list at 154 for a casual team, and I will name that the Navy Cadets (the Navy for kids) and I will make it a slow build team.
I will also allow agents (preferably on this team) to learn the OC, and DC positions on this team. I will not care about record, it will be strictly a farm team, so I will encourage you guys to learn the AI or practice plays on this team.
The Navy Snipes are getting older, and season 10 is when they say the "decline" will begin. We are all on about our 5th-8th season, so that number is coming. This will give us 3-6 seasons to build our slow players, and by that time, they should be around level 30+ which will be perfect replacements, for when we retire our players.
If anyone will be interested in creating players for the future Navy Snipes, post here, or PM me.. I have created 2 CB's already for the Navy Cadets.
