I just found a piece of quick cut and a piece of first step AEQ in the store...which one do I get? The First Step comes with +1 tackling.

The LB plays LOLB right now, but may or may not be moving into the middle in the future.

Quick Cut IMO. More useful keeping up with TE's/ receiving backs that run good tight patterns. Your LB is not playing on the LOS opposite an O-lineman in any case so you wont get the full benefit of First Step.
