If you plan on making a speedster put them all in speed. If you plan on making a possession guy, I really don't know. Maybe catching?

you get the most value from equipment by putting it all in one place, and on your highest attribute. (on top of your base attribute, every point in eq is worth 3+ SP)
with your focus on speed I'd definitely put your custom eq there.
with your other eq you can focus on speed too to maximize the value. if you have an team that can/will afford multiple sets, you could try switching out with catching/agility depending on the game plan, depth chart and routes you are running, and see what kind of results you get. but you'll get the best value by just putting it all in speed.
