I heard everything from 1-4 from each league move up. Does anyone have a definitive answer?

Not exactly sure. I know in Eastern Europe there are 4 teams moving up, 2 from each AAA League. Hard telling in USA leagues since there are so many.

I am definite sure that the top team from each BBB league moves up. Since each A league has 2 drop downs but has 2 BBB leagues to feed it only 1 from the corresponding league moves up. 2UP 2Down.

Top 2 from each league move up, bottom 4 from the conference above move down (2 into each below it)

OK, since we have disagreements, we need sources cited. Seems we aught to be able to get a definative answer.

I would be happy with much more movement initially. Some of the bad teams are SO bad in the top divisions, they would be easier to play than a lot of the BBB teams.

I don't think those bottom teams are adding to the competitiveness of those leagues. They may not even add to it in the BBB leagues they are going to....

So do two championship teams from BBB 15 move up to 14, BBB 14 to 13, BBB 13 to 12, etc?

Same for the winless/crappy teams except in reverse fashion?

And that is PER TIER....so 2 teams from BBB #1 and 2 from BBB #2 go up to A #1. 2 teams from A #1 and A#2 go up to AA #1, and on and on

Still processing...not making sense. I think the way it's set up for BBB 9 - BBB 16 is f-ed up! Every other league is nice and neat looking, then you have us all jumbled up. Can't follow with the f is happening on the right side.

It is a pyramid, two BBB leagues per 1 A league. So BBB 15 and BBB 16 go to A 8, BBB 13 and BBB 14 go to A 7. A 7 and A 8 go to AA 4.
