I know confidence is fairly important for QBs. But is it important enough to justify this? Is Pump Fake even helpful? Or should I be holding out for Tight Spiral & Field General AE? I don't want to spend more tokens if I should try to buy this piece of equipment, but @the same time I don't want to settle for bad/mediocre equipment.

you can always buy it and start putting tokens into it. If you don't see a big improvement then you can go look for AEQ with Tight Spiral and Field General. You don't lose the tokens when you put them into AEQ. Once you sell the piece you can get all your tokens back.

Pump fake is the best SA for a long passing attack

I think it looks like a pretty good one. I found a +1 Tight Spiral and held onto it. IMO, SA's are always good pieces to have.
