1- Active forums, dull forums are no fun, i like to talk.
2- Decent OC, who has some clue of what he is doing
3- i dont want to be the only level 30 player on the team
4- EQ covered (not a must, but would definitely help you
5- a finance plan, hows the stadium?
6- a determination to win, if you dont have this then dont PM.
