My level 34 Guard is now available:

I boost every season and have custom and advanced equipment and he has all of his level 32 gear.
Starting and winning is not that important as long as I can play on a well-run team and get enough playing time for max XP.
UPDATE:
I have narrowed my search from 80+ to the following teams:
Uganda Mounties
Amsterdam Smugglers
Amsterdam Red Lights
Shanghai Tigers
Guinness Celtic Warriors
Alderaan Explosion
Blood Gulch Pumas
I will make a final decision tomorrow. Thank you all for the offers and I am sorry I couldn't reply to all of you personally.
