Does it help once the ball is in the CB's hands? In other words useful during Int/PR/KRs?

It's supposed to work all the time. But the only way it will work on KR/PR is if you need to turn to run INTO a tackler. It won't help in any way to turn AWAY from a tackler until special teams is fixed.
