A well built OT with custom equipment.
I'm a team owner and I've built my own team from a gutted one to a solid winner. I want to assist someone else in getting on their feet too.
Things I'm looking for:
a) a committed owner/staff
b) losing record, not a playoff team
c) some skeleton of a roster, as a sign of some long-term viability
c) I want to fill a hole, not bump any other player off the team
d) 1 year contract, end on day 40, minimum salary and signing bonus, no trade clause
