-1 season, end on Day 40 contract (will re-sign if happy, of course)
-Guarantee of Level 40 and 48 equipment paid for (currently have 0 pieces of Level 40 EQ and $300,000 in cash)
-Starting job (not necessary, but preferred)
-High leveled league (I love competition)
-Playoff team
