First QB I have tried. Not sure what owners are looking for? Any advice on what I did wrong? I don't want to have him sitting around for a season.

Seems like you should have higher skills for level 10. I'd recommend not spending sp's until you can get stuff to the 48 cap.
Just train things before that.

Boost 3 times now and try to find a lvl 13 cap team. Put your SPs into vision until you hit 48 naturally. Then cap strength, throwing again, vision. Train confidence, speed and agility as you see fit.

Qbs are very hard to find a team for. i ended up buying a team just so I would have a place for my QB to go. I would suggest retiring him and making a WR if you want a glamor position tat you can find a team with. Other wise make a LB. Those are usually the hardest position to recruit for because most have crap builds

Thanks for the advice. I already have a LB and he is coming along ok. I might try one more session as a new QB....

keep plugging away and just try to salvage the build.
