I am a lvl 16 elusive and just got:
+1 Juke SA - $30k
+1 Dive for Yards SA - $25k

Either worth it at my low level? I can fully upgrade either of them as well.

The Juke one would be good if you plan to level up Juke in the future. Dive for Yardage isn't that great, even for Power HBs.
