Any one with the aknowledge of a good scrambler QB?

Despite being the best scrambler instead of running away from the NT and go around the WR that blocks the CB so the SS might get stuck or at least has to run around them and make a long run to make the tackle he runs straight at the SS so he tackles him as fast as possible.
