I'm happy to develop Bobby in to a blocker or a runner depending on what is needed by a team, at the moment he is a jack of all trades. He doesn't have much in the way of equipment yet because I have been playing in a D-League for pennies, but I have 200 flex points ready and waiting to boost him once I get signed.
