Me and Reneg2 are looking to get our WRs on the same team for season 8. We're both boosters--Tim Brown has one boost left in S7, and both will boost 3x to 25 immediately in S8 for VXP purposes.
The only thing we ask is to consistently get ~36+ plays. This probably requires both of us being top 3 receivers on a balanced or pass-heavy team. From experience, being a 4th/5th receiver and playing special teams is not enough.
Minimum contracts/signing bonuses are more than fine. We aren't asking for receiving trophies or demanding any sort of stat requirements be met on the season. Your team can be a contender or a young team putting pieces together, or even an outright scrub--whatever is fine. One season contracts only, please.
We're both very experienced owners and have tons of experience scouting/coordinating on very successful teams, and we're active in forums.
