I like the direction however I would have used the special abilities points to double cap (~60) agility and vision.

i put those in when i first started and didnt know about the builds and stuff
kinda sucks but hes doin really well

If 67.49 is your unmodified (no equipment) speed, you're .48 below the third cap. You'll get .3 at your next level, and still be .18 below. In that case, you should use 3 points from your next leveling to third cap speed.

If 67.49 is your speed with equipment, I'd get speed to the ~60-cap speed before taking AGI or VIS there.
