What happened was our OC was running the Wildcat offense for some plays, so we had a RB on our QB depth chart...The offense didn't work, so our OC took him off the depth chart...

our tactics were set...no matter what....i wouldnt of changed anything

i just was wondering...if your QB actually saved his boosts...that'd take a huge pair

exactly correct. It was effective but vs Big Whiskey I didnt think we had a chance to run such plays. So I just nixed it till preseason so I can experiment. Didnt want wildcat to cost us a game.

GG though it was 2 solid teams!!

I run the wildcat with 1 team, and it requires a huge amount of speed/agility to make it effective. It is a good change of pace if you have the right players for it though. I ran some of the wildcat vs. Big Whiskey this season with Gardner and it didn't work at all. Our HB is too slow, and their DEs were too fast.
