Q: What is the Barcelona Practice Squad?
A: We are a team built solely on the development of players. We aren't competing for championships. We are only looking for ways to make sure our young players maximize their learning potential, and become the stars they are destined to be.
Q: What does your team offer that other teams do not?
A: We offer an absurd amount of playing time for each and every person on the squad. Players will expect to get 70 to 100 snaps a game. Being that the game experience is capped at 60 snaps, you can rest assured that nobody is leveling faster than you.
Q: How can you insure that each player gets so much playing time?
A: Simple. If your character is able to play an entire game, and conserve your energy so you are back up to 100% before the next game, you will NOT have a backup. Backups will only be used if your character is unable to achieve 100% energy by the next game.
Q: But without backups, wouldn't that weaken your team and allow your opponents to control "Time Of Posession"?
A: Losing the "TOP" battle is a disadvantage for our offense, but it is an advantage for our defense. Over time, this will eventually reverse direction much like our economy does. As the defense is forced to play more and more snaps, they will eventually gain enough experience to where the team regains control of the TOP, and the advantage switches over to the offense.
Q: What if it doesn't work?
A: Then I will change it. The Barcelona Practice Squad is in its experimental phase anyway. As the seasons go by, we will grow more and more efficient at insuring that our players maximize their snap count.
Q: What happens after I feel that my training is complete?

A: When you feel that you no longer need to be in Barcelona, all you need to do is contact the owner of the team you wish to join, and set up a trade. I will trade for CASH ONLY. The amount of cash I will accept in the trade is equal to the MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF CASH THAT THE TRADE-METER WILL ALLOW. THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE. Alternatively, because I only sign players to ONE-YEAR contracts, you can simply wait out the term of the contract, and sign with your new team as a free agent.
Q: How do I join the Barcelona Practice Squad?
A: You can contact me directly, and if a spot, in your position, is open, I will give you a contract offer. The offer I send will not be a lot, but it should be sufficient to pay for your training. I DO NOT GIVE OUT SIGNING BONUSES. If your position is filled, you can opt to join the waiting list. If you wish to do this, simply tell me directly. Eventually, more practice squads will blossom, and there will be much more opportunity for your character to join.
Q: What if I am not happy with my playing time?
A: I ask everyone to be patient, as I will work to fix any issues with playing time. But in the event your character can't get proper playing time, you will be released.
Q: Can my team organize an alliance with the BPS to help train my players?
A: Yes. For the proper monetary incentive, I can bias roster spots for your team. The team that pays the most gets top priority.
