is break through worthless for a blitzing ROLB, or could it be helpful?

Not really. I've been hearing better things about break through lately, but it relies on high strength to work. So if you have a fairly normal build, not worth it.

(i know..i started building before i knew anything).. but my speed and agility are good for the level... 72/57...

I mean high strength. Break through is working for NTs, sometimes, so we're talking 80+ for a weak player. So no, not for your guy.

Edit - I really meant to say don't get break through if you aren't a nose tackle. Any other defensive position won't have the strength to make it work well (since you need to be strong compared to the people you're double teaming).

better to get high agility and speed
