Just to help you out..You have WAY to much in the SA's at this point.
Not much you can do now sides not add any for a long while..But it's part of why your WR is blah.

yea i know this now that i've been in here for a while, those were added when i was a noob... and now i'm thinkin bout retiring him unless i get a serious offer

I dont think you should retire him
overall he is good but if you wait till next season i bet you will get a bit of offers
