Here goes

USA PRO WEST

1. Monmouth Evil Monkeys V 8. Oklahoma City Thunderstorm. Monmouth heads into the playoffs riding a 12 game winning streak. Their D led the West in Sacks and gave up only 259 yards per game total. The offense was balanced with the number 5 passing attack and 6 running attack in the conference. Despite getting hammered by the Navs in their final game OCT managed to get the #8 playoff spot. Led by QB Jack Winters they have been able to move the ball through the air. Their problems have been on Defense, where they are giving up 47 points per game to conference playoff teams. Evil Monkeys win 51-17

2. Lincoln Navigators V 7. Bourbon Street Bullies. The Navs ended a very good first season in USA PRO with a 7 game win streak. The Power running attack has torn through the league, averaging 303 yards per game and an amazing 25 broken tackles a game. Their D has been solid if not spectacular all season, only giving up more than 4 TDs in a game once. The Bullies finished the season on a very hot streak having won 6 of their last 7 ( the only loss a 13 pointer to the Navs 4 games ago). The offense has been playing solid and putting up bunches of points. There D is still not quite right and could be their down fall. Navigators win 38-28

3. Honolulu Hurricane Warriors V 6 Las Vegas Freebirds. HHW is yet another hot team heading into the postseason. Winners of 12 of 13 (only loss to # Monmouth). They have shown the abilty to blow people out as well as to win the close ones. Their Offense has diversified slightly since last seasons "GROUND WANG" attack, mixing in a decent dose of passing. Defensively hey have shown some weakness against the higher level teams in the conference. LVF stumbles into the playoffs on a 4 game losing streak. All four losses were to top 5 teams, but none of them were close. The O has scored less than 10 PPG in this streak and the D is getting picked apart. HHW wins 35-14

4. Minnesota Marauders V 5. San Francisco Fire. The Marauders have not shown the ability to beat a top end team this season (other than the Navs). Turnovers have killed Galks squad in their losses and they need to be no worse than even in that department to win in the playoffs. Turnovers aside MM has only put up less than 31 points once all season. Defensively it's hard to judge the Marauders, in their losses they offense gave the ball away so much the D was always on the field. The FIre had a solid season led by the solid game planning of Tricon on both sides of the ball. Other than a 20 point loss to Monmouth all 4 of their losses were by 4 points or less. Their passing attack has been deadly all season. On D there is some room for improvement, the were pushed around for the most part by the leagues better teams. MM wins 38-34

USA PRO EAST

Not quite as in tune with the Eastern teams but here goes.

1. ***Official Footballguys*** V Kalamazoo Coyotes. OFG tore through the East only losing to a very strong Mauler squad. K-zoo had a decent season but struggle near the end dropping their last four games to Non-gutted teams. OFG wins 41-17

2. Cincinnati Shockers V 7. Gridiron Rage. The Shockers won 10 of their last 11 with the only loss in that time a 1 point game to the Rage. The Rage had an up and down season Highlighted by the win over the Shockers which was offset by an upset loss to the Continentals. Shockers win 35-24

3. Green Bay Maulers V Detroit Demon Lions. Green bay might have the most talent of any team in the East. Two losses by less than 7 points were all that kept them out of the #1 spot. The last loss to the 9th place Pirates was a shock and GB needs to bounce back from that in round 1. DDL roared back from a slow start to win 6 out of 8 and get into the 6th seed in the playoffs. They also need to come back off a tough loss in their season ender. GB wins 34-27

4. Washington Bullets V 5. Las Vegas Flyin' Elvis. The Bullets dropped their last three outings and are stumbling coming into the playoffs. LV dropped three straight close ones, than bounce back to win their last 2 including a huge win over DDL. LV wins 28-27

Granted this is post game and we did lose but man did that comment hurt. We allow 6 points against Parma, 3 against Columbus, while big ol' Monmouth gives up 24 to each of those teams. There's no love.

I'm guessing he was talking about your lack of tackling ability against Power Backs .

I was actually basing that comment on the fact that you guys have given up 44 points per game to playoff teams. Not slamming you at all just stating the facts as I see them
