My Punter, Coughin' Corner Hackeris currently Level 12, but will likely be Level 13 after his final game of the season tonight(only 81 XP away). Additionally, I still have all three Season 7 boosts available to use immediately after signing, so when added to the 3 Season 8 boosts, you will basically be getting a Level 19 Punter right out of the gates, yet somebody who is still eligible and would be a stud for a Lvl 13 Cap League team. Coughin' Corner Hacker also has fully boosted equipment. He would be a great asset to any team, particularly those with a struggling offense. I deal solely with punters, and can give you the best possible build for the position.

UPDATE: Coughin' Corner Hacker is officially Level 13.458 now, and due to his current team going bankrupt, he will be eligible for release and fully on the market in two days.
