We are AA, but are fully capable of going Pro. We had 3 early season games that our former DC threw and our other losses were rather close but 1.

Sevastopol Black Fleet ( http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=4154 ) to add another top-tier OT. You can see on our roster we already have a lvl 43, so you wouldn't be the only lvl 40+ on the O-line, let alone the whole team.
We've been stuck in the toughest A conference in E. Europe (EEA2) for a couple seasons now, but we have a legit shot at getting through this year. If we don't we'll cruise to a promotion next year.
We've got a very active forum, incredibly knowledgeable GMs, and perfect team chemistry. I like to sign agents and let them get comfortable with the team, then as slots become available, they generally try to get their players on the Fleet. You'd be a great owner to add to the team.
Feel free to ask my OC, Madeye, or my DC, carbene, how our team works. We're working hard to get everything set up for our playoff run, so hopefully, by the time you enlist, we'll be on our way to AA-ball.

The Dinas Mawddwy Red Bandits of Western Europe Pro League are looking for a back-up ROT. At level 40 you would actually be one of the lower levels on our team so being the only level 40 is not a problem.

I have no problems with one year contracts and most of our players are on one year contracts for that reason even though we have been together for several seasons now (the core since season 2)

There are a majority of us that are on everyday and have several threads that are GLB related and some that are not.

I think I am a good owner. I also do the DC and film study. We also have a dedicated OC. We post tactics every game.

Our team chemistry right now is 100/100/100 and I don't see that dropping below 90 in any category after this season.

We are a team that is getting higher lvl players and have some in the 40's allready but not a ton but hopefully we can add some more starting with your OT!

1 season contract is fine but sure you will stick around longer if you do decide to join us.

Greetings from the Windsor Red Light(WRL) we would be interested in bringing aboard your Tackle to compliment our already excellent offensive line. We have commitments from several level 40 players already and are looking at building towards a run towards Canada Pro. A little about the Windsor Red Light, we are a 3rd season team currently in Canada A#4, we went 14-2 our first season and won our conference title in a capped 13 league. In our second season we were promoted to uncapped A ball and despite being down 10-12 levels at most posistions still posted a 10-6 mark and garnered the 6 seed in the playoffs(almost knocking off a team that is now 13-3 in AA losing in the final seconds 20-24). This year has been another splendid year for the Red Light improving to 12-4 and the #4 seed in a very difficult conference. We have active agents and GM's and expect all of our players to be mild-mannered, and interested in the core beliefs of sportmanship yet still having a desire to win. If this sounds interesting to you, PM with any questions, I forsee your player stepping into a starting role as we've had difficulty keeping Offensive Tackles active this season.

I talked with my Offensive Coordinator after I saw you ad posted in the forum and he as well as I both think you would be a great pick up for us here in Honolulu. Offensive Tackle is a position we feel we need to improve on for next season and are very interested in seeing what it would take to get a player of your caliber to join us next season. Having an OT of your caliber anchor our Offensive Line would immediately improve our team. I think you would be a great fit here in Honolulu, I'm a pretty easy guy to get along with, 30 years old and just finishing up my Bachelors Degree in Finance. So no worries about kids games being played with the team I am straight forward with everyone here!

Offense Rank: Overall 17th, Passing 7th, Rushing 23rd

The Titans are a season-4 expansion team. We built it up through Season 4 and 5 and in Season 6 we made a push for the Play-offs landing a number 2 seed and a promotion. In season 7 we had a rough patch of luck with 5 losses by 8 points or less. We just missed the play-offs in 11th place and are primed with the majority of our team returning for a big season in 08.

Our biggest need is improving our running game. We were forced to abandon the run last season passing the ball more than 60% of the time. Our biggest issue was our OTs. Your OT will come in and start for us and take care of that #1 need.

We have a very active forum and a great group of agents who have fun and strive to win each season. Daily salary and bonuses are not an issue; we are very well run financially. While we prefer two-year contracts, we would be willing to give a 1-year with the hopes you would re-sign with us after enjoying the true Titan experience.

Here's a breakdown of what we have to offer:

Forum: Excellent GMs and owner (me) that are way too active. Gameplans and tactics for EVERY game. Team numbers and jerseys. Game balls, season and post-season awards (bonuses too), build guides, etc. I'll grant you temp forum access to check it out yourself.

Finances and stadium: We will be building 2 Level 2 Corners this offseason, finishing the 2nd level. We are hosting a 1st round home playoff game. All equipment has been payed for thus far. Ticket sales will be beautiful next season.

Team Record: Season 5 - 14-2 (lost in conf championship), Season 6 - 12-4 (1st season in AA4, lost 1st round), Season 7 - 13-3 (1st round home game)

Offensive Philosophy: We have been a run-oriented offense this season, largely due to our ineffective QB play. Will are upgrading the entire offense for season 8 including a lvl 40 QB. The plan is to get back to a more balanced west-coast style offense that is predicated on establishing a dynamic ground attack, thus opening up the passing game.

Prelim. Contract Talk: I normally give contracts around $100-$200 above daily minimum, though this is flexible. I will not give out unrealistically high contracts, as I believe they are pointless and only hurt the team. 1 season, day 40 contracts are what we do for new players to the team.

Additional Stuff: Like I said, we are upgrading our offense this offseason. We have kept together the majority of our team since our inaugural season, and are now becoming a bit out-leveled, particularly on the offense. Because of our excellent gameplanning, we have been able to overcome this. We have a lvl 40 QB lined up already, and plan on adding a higher-level WR, power HB, and pair of OTs to take us to the next level (championship).

I strive to find fun, active agents that buy into the concept of building and winning as a team. Individual glory is not the goal here in Padang. We want to become the flagship franchise in Southeast Asia.
