my guess would be first step... and high agility.. if you watch you can see he doesn't lose much speed during the curve. possibly some QC involved too.... am i close?

speed, under +4 cap, agility under +4 cap. hf/juke under 5. first step/quick cut under 5.

is the equipment in agility? if so I would consider 3 cap high
