OK, let's try this. If you vote for a person who is not in your conference, I will not count that vote; I will just skip it. Not skipping the entire ballot, mind you; just the ones for players who are not in your conference.

Thanks to all who have sent in votes so far; I have 11 ballots so far. By far the most I have received for a pro bowl so far. Especially seirus, who made my job easier with the format of his ballot.
