Honestly, yeah, I think you should retire.

1. Start over.
2. With your new RB, 3rd cap Speed and Agility before you put SPs anywhere else, which especially means SAs.

Unless you need the Flex Refund for another toon, no reason to retire this guy. He would be a decent upgrade for an Eastern Europe BBB team that needs help running.

You spent a lot of points on the power running SA's but you only have a 29 STR. Your speed and Agility are not horrible, but you should soft cap the agility. Then start putting points into STR and Carrying.

He might not every be the best RB in the league, but he can contribute to a team.
