This was a nice distraction from college apps. A big thanks to JTD for that essay he wrote about each team. Here you go, your week 16 rankings:
1. Monmouth Evil Monkeys
coachviking - 11 straight wins and the last four against the BEST of the West other than Lincoln.
Sik Wit It - They keep taking care of business with a decisive win over the Freebirds.
JTD - Top team in the West on paper. Much like Green Bay in the East, some of the best collection of talent in the game after the off season acquisitions. The team to beat in the West.
xManning1018x - Almost in a league of their own. Not quite on the same level as the Boston Nighthawks of yesteryear but could very well be the top team in all of GLB.
2. Lincoln Navigators
Saris - Excellent tactics and secondary.
JTD - Can flat out dominate some of the top teams in the game. Easily a top 3 team in the West that will challenge for the title in the playoffs.
joemiken - Two big wins over HHW and Monmouth and only one bad loss puts them above everyone but Monmouth.
3. Honolulu Hurricane Warriors
JTD - Top 4 team in the West. Still struggling to not be one dimensional as their O-line has trouble pass blocking.
coachviking - Powerful running game on O, above average D, mediocre passing attack.
Not the Dominate team of last season season but still a contender for the title. Curse of Tim Harper might be their down fall
4. Green Bay Maulers
Sik Wit It - The Monkeys of the East if you will. They have looked nearly unstoppable this season only losing their 1 game by a TD.

joemiken - Despite their loss to Cincinnati, they're still the team to beat in the East.

coachviking - Keeps on rolling since the loss to the Maulers. D has been Solid all year long.
JTD - Top 3 team in the East. Balanced attack with a strong D to back them up.
xManning1018x - Certainly not playing like it's their first season in Pro.
6. Cincinnati Shockers
Saris - Their loss to the Rage in week 9 seems to have woken this team up, their passing is improved and they should be the greatest threat to GB in the EC playoffs.
madet0rder - Ouch, that hurt.
Sik Wit It - Solid Wins over the Pirates and Coyotes since last rankings. Don't sleep on these guys...they were only 3 points away from being 15-0 right now.
joemiken - Two narrow losses this year and a resurgent passing game will make this team a dark horse in the playoffs
7. Minnesota Marauders
Sik Wit It - Lost to the Monkeys since the last rankings, and won a hard-fought late-game (and late-season for that matter) resurgence by the Parma Burglars. This team is dangerous and can beat anyone.
Saris - A much better team than their record indicates, probably the second most loaded team in USAPro. If they can correct some of their TO issues I'd pick them over any team other than MEM in the playoffs.
8. San Francisco Fire
joemiken - Should finish strong with a 6-2 second half of the season and a close loss to Honolulu.
Saris - The best 5 loss team in GLB hands down.
coachviking - Tricon is doing a great Job running the team. To bad the owner is a Tool.
9. Detroit Demon Lions

But their Punter is a good guy.
madet0rder - Beating the Bullets shows their resurgance. Impressive win by TSE and crew.
JTD - Very good club run by solid GMs. Get's overrated a lot due to past accomplishments in my opinion though. If they close out strong agains the Elvi, they will move up the rankings ahead of the Bullets.
Saris - They're playing like a different team in the second half of the season.
10. Washington Bullets
Sik Wit It - Stock is falling, but not as fast as my #10 pick. Tough losses to the Gamblers and DDL. It doesn't get any easier with ***OFG*** as their Week 16 matchup.
coachviking - 2 straight losses to teams they were ahead of in the standing make this final game against OFG huge.
joemiken - Big game against OMFG in week 16 could determine who will host their likely 1st round game against DDL.
11. Las Vegas Freebirds
coachviking - LVF has hit the wall, 3 straight losses have them dropping like a rock in the rankings
JTD - A team that knows how to win championships, but has struggled to break through into the top echelon in the West. Will be tested as they finish the season versus MEM and Minnesota. Could go into the playoffs on a 4 game losing streak. They just appear to be overmatched against the top clubs in the West.
12. Las Vegas Flyin' Elvis
Sik Wit It - After their very public problem with tackling, they are just looking to hang on to a good seed with the DDL next. This team is much more dangerous than their record indicates.
coachviking - Damn power backs.
13. Bourbon Street Bullies
Sik Wit It - Look like they're in good shape, but have Parma Burglars next week who lay down for no one. They'll have to be wary of Parma trying to spoil their playoffs.
coachviking - CTap and crew have almost figured out the AI. 5 wins in their last 6 games and the loss was a close one to the Navs.
xManning1018x - Could make a case for the 11 spot above the two Vegas squads.
CTap - Eh, we are peaking and both LV teams are slumping vs the tough parts of their schedule.
14. Gridiron Rage
madet0rder - I love this team as they move up to the 8th seed in the East. Nice job guys.
JTD - A feast or famine club that shocked my own club (pun intended) earlier in the season. Recent loss to the Continentals shows how streaky they can be. I will be truly worried about them once they become more consistent.
xManning1018x - I. LOVE. THIS. TEAM. Will be rooting for them to take it all in this season's POs.
15. Kalamazoo Coyotes
Sik Wit It - Embarrassing loss to the Shockers. Will they step it up against the Rage?
Saris - Started strong, have had issues finding the endzone in the second half.
madet0rder - That loss hurt. No me gusta.
16. Richmond Rebel Yell
Sik Wit It - Solid team, but have problems when it comes to showing up for big games. The only team they beat that's above them in the standings is BSB.
JTD - Much like OKC, a 6 game losing streak in the heart of the season really hurt this club. There are some ballers here, especially in the pass game but their defense is suspect.
17. Parma Burglars
xManning1018x - They may not be stealing any trophies any time soon, but these guys sure have stolen my heart. Kept it close against the Marauders. Watch out for Parma next season.
Sik Wit It - Have had trouble adjusting to USA Pro. They played MM relatively well, but like I said earlier...too little, too late.
18. Oklahoma City Thunderstorm
JTD - After a great start, this club went on a 6 game losing streak to really kill it. Disbanding in the off season and I wish their players all the best.
19. Orlando Pirates
Sik Wit It - After a strong start, these guys have had trouble to say the least. They could very well be on the outside looking in as they are currently #9 in the East and have the Green Bay Maulers left to play
20. Las Vegas Gamblers
joemiken - Hazy's rude welcome to the Pro's continues. Stunning win against the Bullets two weeks ago gives me hope that he has started to get things back on track and will be a club to reckon with next season.
Sik Wit It - Solid win over the Bullets, but ***OFG*** quickly reminded them how rough USA Pro really is.
21. Columbus Bucks
Sik Wit It - It's a testament to USA Pro when a team like this is so low. They are competitive in most of their games, but have not been able to get over the hump or get that crucial win over good teams. They're 0-7 so far against playoff teams with the MEM next. Ouch.
JTD - A long time Pro club that has just never been able to do more than keep their heads above water and stave off relegation. They have the levels, I just have to assume that they either have some bad builds or simply poor gameplanning to be so consistantly mediocre.
madet0rder - Played a decent game against HHW.
22. Rhode Island Red Wolves
Sik Wit It - Solid team if they were anywhere else in GLB. Haven't been able to play with the big boys this season yet, but they do have 2 wins against lower-seeded playoff teams. Simply out-classed in the East though.
JTD - Josh is a wealth of knowledge about this game, it's just to bad that he cant get the rest of his team to follow his build plans and guidance. An underachieving club that irritates me because I really respect the owner.
22. South Bay Spartans
CTap - They look to be playing better than earlier but their passing game is still weak.
24. Philadelphia Continentals
xManning1018x - Hasn't adjusted from their jump from AA to Pro two seasons ago.
25. Dallas Vaqueros
JTD - I'm really not sure what happened to this club as back in AAA, they were a team to reckon with. 2 seasons in the Pros have seem them become a shell of their former selves. Perhaps relegation would be good for them to get things back on track.
Sik Wit It - Not a good team, but they did at least beat some humans when Dallas Orangebloods had a real team. They will probably win over the Daggers in week 16 too.
26. Kentucky Madcats
JTD - They have the levels, which means that their losing ways can be pointed squarely at game planning and builds. Relegation would be welcome for these guys and they could use an internal managemenet shakeup of the GMs.
27. Kaneohe Daggers
Sik Wit It - Will be playing for their spot in USA Pro next week in the Relegation Bowl against the Vaqueros.
JTD - DD should just move his club out and down to AA. They are not competitive, nor have they been in several seasons. Something is obviously not working here.
xManning1018x - Will most likely be in AAA next season. Stay fresh DD.
