I'm planning to create maybe a kicker and/or punter for a pee wee team. Since slowbuilding is out of the question, what should I do?

1) create them today (do not sign with an cpu team), so you'll end the season with 900xp
2) find a pee wee team
3) boost him

Kicking / Punting to 60, all equip here
Confidence to 48
Train vision / strength however you want up into 20s.

That costs ~60 SP and you really can't expect to gain much more than that. Your last few levels you can dabble in an SA or two or pump up strength or vision to 30.

Pick a training regiment, I'll get slapped for saying train strength / vision on normal only, but that's what I'd do and I think I'm a pretty good builder.

I'm assuming this player gets retired after the season?

Not at all. I did that with my kicker this season (normal training STR at some point).

For a pee wee team, you want THE MOST attribute points that you can get, and well Normal training does that for you.

Intense gets you bonus tokens, though, which give you temp boosts and and extra SPs when redeemed.

Right.

The reason I'd still train normal is that I'd rather train vision and strength back and forth than find a pair for them with something else that doesn't matter in the short run like agility or stamina or something
