Now's where it REALLY starts to get interesting folks!

With two blowout wins in the last two games, Idaho has jumped into a slight lead for the 1 seed in the West, while Steel City and Detroit tangled with playoff bound Blitz and Brooklyn, respectively. But now Idaho finishes with a playoff bound Columbus team in Week 16 and Steel City and Detroit finish with teams not in the playoffs.

Barring a monumental upset, Austin is locked into the 4 seed.

Due to their W against Colorado, the Philadelphia Birds are locked into the 5 seed, no matter the outcome of their game vs. the Blitz.

Due to their W's against the Beastmen and Blitz, Colorado is locked into the 6 seed.

The Beastmen and Blitz both finish with very tough games but are likely locked into the 7 and 8 seeds due to the Beastmen W over the Blitz in the head to head game, barring upset W's in Week 16.

In the East, the Iowa Hogeyes pulled their best Idaho impression, blowing up Cleveland Playmakers to jump to within 12 of the Horsemen, while the Horsmen played the Carnage. The Horsemen and Hogeyes finish with two playoff teams, the Bulldawgs and Thunderhawks so the 1 and 2 seeds are still up in the air!

The Tighas could not gain ground after playing a game Houston squad and will be the 3rd seed.

South Bend will be the 4.

Myrtle Beach will be the 5.

Columbus is locked into the 6.

Indy's got the tiebreakers and will be the 7.

The 8 seed in the East is still up in the air between Houston and Sin City will be decided by the game this week. Either Sin City will win and go to 9-7 and the 8 seed, or Houston will win and go to 8-8 and win the tiebreak.

With 2 weeks to go and based on team records and future opponents on the schedule, the Cincinnati Crush, Chicago Bills, Atlantic City Ante, New York 5th Avenue Shoppers, Nevada Fire, Manhattan Rampage, Philadelphia DeMonStage, Bangkok Lightning, East St. Louis Dockers, Full Moon Blue Wolf, Kalamazoo Crew, Cleveland Playmakers Energy, Shelby Bearcats, Berkeley Bowlers, and Minnesota Fightning Pine Trees have been mathematically eliminated from the playoffs and will be removed from the power rankings.

Great job Mystik yeah this last game means either the 3rd seed, 2nd or 1st. Of course we'd rather have the 1st but we're fine wherever we end up. Great job this season and I look forward to your playoff edition.

Thanks for doing this! The last week looks to be a good one in the West. The Rex have the Beastmen at home and we know they are looking to knock us off. Should be a battle and we are not overlooking them at all.

We'll see, I'm really torn. I'd like to go really indepth, but since I have a vested interest in the games, I don't want to really "help" anybody out with even basic scouting.

Gotta get my team's game prep done and then we'll see where we're at for a playoff edition each week.

I'll tell you what, I am amped. Still a lot to play for in Week 16 for quite a few teams.

The Packers are taking the Bird down again! Only one Bird team winning this week (AZ Cardinals!).

might not be as close as i first thought.....but yes next year should be real fun...maybe we can turn this into a good rivalry

The top 8 in the East and West remain the exact same after week 16's games.

Great jobs by Iowa over Columbus, Sleepy Hollow over Indianapolis, and Sin City over Houston in the East. The top 2 ends up 1) Horsemen 2) Hogeyes Sin City shuts Houston out of the playoffs with the W and holds onto the 8 seed.

In the West, solid W's by the Birds over the Blitz and Rex over Beastmen. The top 3 end up 1) Rex 2) Sentinels 3) Revolvers

Oh yeah! Now that was a come from behind with a few weeks left to get the top spot. Can't wait for the playoffs!! Great season everyone!!
