Speed should be at least 65 at your level to be productive.

You should have capped speed agil and vision by now, and on your way to second capping speed.

Ulmar, now is a good time for you to retire that guy and build a new one from scratch. There's lots of great forum advise on how to build players. It's good to focus on just one or two abilities for a while until you get them to 48 instead of what you've done here. I'm sorry to say, but he's probably not going to get much of a job. That's okay though, learn from your mistakes and build a better guy.
