I wanted to know if any of you know about the waiting list to get a team. Is the waiting list number a total of all people for a team or just the total of people waiting for a specific region and league(say just USA region and BBB was chosen)?

The waiting list is the total amount of agents looking to be owners. It does not sort out who wants what, it just puts all cadidates into one pot. When the time comes it will sort according to what they have put in for their preferences. Usually if your at around 1200, with all regions and gutted teams as your preference you will get a team, but as you put in preferences, your chances will go down from there.

Thank you, I ask because I am like 800 with my only prefernce is to be in USA not starting higher than BBB.
