MY LB went from starting LOLB to being #2 MLB and starting RILB on a team I was traded to. I have 24 passes defensed this season but no interceptions. I have no idea how long I will be with this team or what my long term positions will be.

My catching is at 24, jumping at 32, and vision at 53.

Which do you think would benefit me more to work on, vision, jumping, catching, or is there something else I should be looking at?

train jmp/cth and put points in vision to at least 55. Interceptions aren't really that common against decent competition so 24 PDs and no pics isn't that unusual. I wouldn't worry about it too much if you're going to stay inside, better to be good against the run.

I have 41 PDs and 0 INTs this season with 65 vision, 37 Jumping, and 35 catching. I think INTs are just tougher to come by this season.

+1 at least from the LB position and especially in zone.

also your tactics could play a major part. i play semi-aggresive meaning i primarily go for the PD. anything other than aggressive and your chance of an INT falls dramatically imo

My LB plays on aggressive, he has 1 pick for his career, on 11 PDs (he's been a backup for the past 2 seasons, will be for 2 more at least). Its a lot of luck.
24 jumping, 17 catching, 62 vision.

my LB has 5 picks with 38 PDs playing LOLB, but it has nothing to do with his build. his JMP and CTH are both below 25. VIS is only 50.
we play alot of zone and he's on aggressive.

3 of the picks came in 160+ point blowouts and were probably completely due to the QB's shattered morale.

i assume picks against equal competition are very sporadic.

Don't worry about INTs... PDs are more effective.

Vision #1
Jumping/Catching #2 (equal imo...)

That's what you want for interceptions/deflections.

LOLB position. Find a team that likes to keep LOLB in the field more often for passing downs.

i know you guys don't care, but make that 8 picks for the season.
this gem gave him the league lead (against a 14-2 team)

nice grab pollards. as he's shown, more picks are going to come from scheme than build - undercutting routes through zone or double teams or lateral movements. the simple answer to build, especially in man to man, would be to soft-cap catching/jumping to create a relatively large radius (not something i'd recommend at 33).

as has been said though, interceptions shouldnt really be your goal as a player. the agility to get to the play and enough jumping for deflections is usually much more important.
