I'd probably train Str/Stam while putting SPs in to Carrying or Confidence. But I am certainly not a HB expert.

Strength is frivolous for an elusive back.

Personally I would continue training up Confidence. And maybe Catching if you want him to be a double threat and not let people stack the box all game.
