The next team we are playing runs 80% of it's plays out of the I- Formation

usually either a short pass to the HB or TE and or a run

What's the Best Defense i can run to stop that,

Thanks in advance

It depends on where they run it. If they run it to the outside, I might go with a dime formation if I don't think my LBers can cover their RB and FB. If you are comfortable with your LBers covering them in pass coverage then I would go with a 4-3 formation.

I'd go with 4-3, center shift, run focus, zone coverage for the majority of the time, with a few man coverage plays thrown in with blitzes.

id say 4-3 blitz both outside LBS in a C0 shell and hope for the best! this is highly aggressive though and you could get burned badly

If they favor inside runs, 4-3 cover 1 run focus, SS shift blitzing rolb/mlb a healthy amount.

If they favor pitches/screens mix up a 3-4 blitzing the ILBs and sending the others into a flat zone. Man flats also isnt bad if they favor outside runs and short hb passes.

You want cover 1/0 if they go to the TE most of the time.

Careful blitzing the MLB if they do a decent amount of screens to the HB because he can be left wide open due to the fact that it is the MLB that is supposed to be covering him if you go 4-3, man to man. Heavy blitzing has its uses, but can also get you badly burned.
