your speed cap should always be one cap ahead of your agi cap

Also, time to invest in SAs. If your FS, TV aren't at least 7, Wall/Strong Base aren't at least 4, then your DE likely won't succeed.

Finally, your stamina needs to be up, way up. Bort has hinted that one way he nerfed the DE is by making them lose energy more in-game. You can imagine a DE already facing an up-hill batter won't be too successful if he's constantly playing with 65-75 energy level.
