Quick Cut.. But you really need to keep pumping Speed.
To be honest, I would try to 3rd cap Speed and Agility before you worry about SAs.
If you don't want to wait that long, at least 3rd cap Speed, as I see that you have Agility 2nd capped. Then, if you want, you could start focusing on Quick Cut, as I think it's the best SA by far.
I really liked First Step last season, but I'm not really seeing the burst that I did in previous seasons..
