this is basically our gameplan the whole game, idk why our qb can't make this throws, is it because of the pressure? QB tactics? TE route running style?

nice, but I need serious answers

what you think the quality of a qb isnt going to affect his passes? are you serious?

not every qb can play perfectly... a lvl 40 qb should have a higher passing bar than that

Not really a 60 passing bar is adequate for a QB at level 40. Remember that equipment and SA do not count into the passing bars.

Has this QB been doing this all season, or did this spring up out of nowhere? What's his vision, what throwing style is he using, and are the receivers running on creative routes or exact?

It looks to me like he is being hurried a little. I know there aren't any hurries listed on the play by play, but to me it looked as though he rushed his throw.

Post the QB's build, and then we can tell you where he has messed up.

WE had tons of issues with Team Chemistry, i think that's your issue

I think the QB is set to bullet passing.
