OK, I have a superior shirt that had just Hang Time. I've put 32 tokens into it so it is now 4 confidence, 3 Hang Time.

I had the best roll ever...
Doo Rag: +1Calm Nerves,
Gloves: +1Big Boot,
Shirt: +3 Confidence, +1 Calm Nerves

OK, the shirt is the best piece, obviously, but I already have a good shirt. Do I replace it or grab the Big Boot Gloves?

I don't think you can pass on that shirt. You get all your tokens back so assuming your team gives you the money you can just upgrade it straight to 32 tokens and be at 3 calm nerves 7 confidence.

Got the shirt. Re rolled for a second piece and got stamina + hang time shoes.

I'd kill for that shirt right now. My shirt slot is the only one I haven't upgraded to level 40 yet.
