ok, i asked for a mod to lock or delete my other thread because i wanted a new title and more members to see this one cause it will be more organized. this mock draft is going to be HUGE and is already starting to fill up. it isn't going to be like any ordinary Mock Draft on here. it is going to be much bigger and hopefully better. This is what i am planning on doing:
-Each Team has a coaching staff with a few members. The coaching staff:
1. owner (1)
2. GM (1)
3. Offensive Scout (1)
4. Defensive Scout (1)
5. Scout (unlimitted) -this scout is going to be helping out the O/C scouts but not have the final decision
-Each coaching position will have specific assignments, like final decisions, scouting offensive and defensive, etc...
-I am getting a team of 4-5 people for a trade committee. maybe more. but these people will have the most football knowledge and NFL knowledge most likely. they will be voting on each trade in a seperate Private Forum, so if someone makes a trade like Larry Fitzgerald for a 2nd round pick, it will be rejected to make things more fun and fair.
-There will be trades leading up to the draft and during the draft
-Im planning on having 7 rounds to make trades better and more possible like trading 6ths or 7th round picks.
-There will be a Free Agency where the team who makes the highest final offer will get that player. since we aren't going to have Albert Haynesworth come on here and pick what team he would rather go to.
-I will be getting a team of about 2-3 people controlling the Salary Cap. A. im not as math smart to do that, plus i am too lazy. If you are interested in this let me know, and i will invite you. but you have to be active and very smart (mathwise at least)
-Each Team Owner will have to come up with his own coaching staff. There will be applications for people interested in joining as a Defensive Scout or another position or something and teams can interview him/her to see if they are smart enough to handle that job.
-The Draft will be held after the combine which is in 3 weeks. This will help us get everything sorted and all the teams settled. plus people will have more knowledge about the draft watching the Senior Bowl and Combine. and give a little time for some trades.
