Good day I have only recently started playing GLB, after years of numerous other sims. I am activly looking to purchase a team. But would like to get a good staff in place as soon as possible. I will be looking for a GM who must be a bit of a vet, and be willing to communicate very well with me and the two cordinators. Obviosly I need a OC and DC as well, and may only hire one to do both jobs. I would like the hirees to be very active and commited to putting together a championship team.

i would like to coach the defense i am very active as im like addicted to this site...i have coached peewee football b4 and am very smart when it comes to this kind of stuff...it would be a great decision hiring me...

I do not have very much experience with GLB but I do know football. I know te attributes that it takes to make a great player. I have a desire to win by putting together the best possible players for the system that is in place. I also have a great understanding of creating such said systems. Give me a chance. I do have coaching experience with Pop Warner leagues.
