Speed is often assumed to be the most important attribute for LBs. It is usually 3rd behind Agility and Vision, if not, it is behind Strength as well.
Speed doesn't do any good if you can't get started, or if you start running to the wrong place.
Having great vision and knowing where to run doesn't do any good if you can't get there. Being a good tackler doesn't do any good if you can't get in position to make a tackle.
Sorry to disappoint you, but Speed and AGI are the most important stats for a LB. Yes, ven for a MLB. Speed for you can be the difference between you stopping the RB for a 2 yard gain and a 80 yard TD run
