I have a piece which is a +fake chance piece, and is currently at +3 Speed and +9% Fake chance (3 upgrades). I just rolled another piece which starts at +3 agility. So, I assume if I moved all my bonus points from the fake chance piece I could get it up to +9 agility immediately.

Which would you keep, and why?

um no. youre 3 upgrades would make it a +6 agility piece. dont buy an AE just for stats, make sure you get a good SA or % chance to make it worth your while.
