Warrior General Games

OK coming of an 8-0 week and ready to go at it again. Season is half way home and the conference is still up for grabs. 5 Teams at 7-1 is crazy at this point of the season. Also anyone of the top team teams could beat another on any given even numbered GLB day (see MM V Dallas O). Here goes

1. Lincoln Navigators V 4. Minnesota Marauders. Lincoln's Offense is flying high and they were able to slow down the Orangebloods Potent O today. MM is the definition of potent Offense having scored over 41 in each game this year. The issue has been Galks D and it seems to have been more effective today against OCT. MM wins 48-45

2. Monmouth Evil Monkeys V. 14. Dallas Vaqueros. Monmouth has been rolling on both sides of the ball and hasn't been threatend since their wake up call against Lincoln. Dallas D is a sieve, at least they score between 17-19 every week. Evil Monkeys win 64-17

3. Honolulu Hurricane Warriors V. 9 Richmond Rebel Yell. HHW has been rolling since there loss to the Navs. Their 2 headed back field released their previously unborn twin today to become a nasty triad. Richmond's D is looking shaky lately and the O hasn't been able to pull them out for the past three games. HHW wins 49-34

5. Las Vegas Freebirds V 12. Bourbon Street Bullies. It's hard to put a 7-1 team at number 5 but someone has to be there. LVF has been solid all season and will be a scary team come playoff time. BSB is now on the outside looking in on the playoff picture after Monmouth took it to them today. LVF wins 47-24

6. San Francisco Fire V 7. Oklahoma City Thunderstorm. The Fire picked up a big win today over the Rebel Yell in the playoff struggle. OCT just wasn't strong enough to hang with MM, specifially on D. SFF wins 42-35

8. Parma Burglars V 11. Columbus Bucks. Parma is on tough 3 game losing streak, giving up 46+ in all three loses. The Bucks haven't been looking bad as of late and should make this one interesting. Parma wins 41-35

10. Dallas Orangebloods V 13. South Bay Spartans. The Revitalized Orangeblood squad put up a solid showing today against Lincoln. The Spartans picked up a cheapy over CPU Anchorage. Dallas wins 36-21

15. Kaneohe Daggers V 16. Anchorage Penguins. WHO THE HELL CARES. kd wins 200-0

Picking us to lose hasn't been good for your prediction rate. Mini-soda looks pretty strong in the initial film review though. Should be fun.

Ya, it is a bold pick for sure. We will certainly try to prove him right, but it is a tall task.

I agree, but I can't go chalk all the time . No way a slight to you guys just some props to MM.

It'll be a good a game. I could see MM coming out with a victory.

Anyway, its high time we broke up the 7-1 pile up at the top of the standings anyway. And Galk, it isn't such a tall task. I mean we're not even playoff caliber.

I think Murgy meant to write Lincoln where Parma is and Parma where South Bay is

I think the MM v Lin game will be much more low scoring, low 30s, high 20s. Minnesota has a good offense, but this will be the best defense they've faced this year by far.

Not going to happen , they out level us at every postion 35-21 Mini-soda

should be a great game between Lincoln and MM, either way at least we'll start breaking up that logjam at the top of the West. Just hoping Duece can get his hands on Voodoo since he left my rcvr high and dry (j/k voodoo)

I know one thing is certain, I am going to try and sleep for a long time tomorrow so I don't have to wait so long for the sims

I woke up at exactly 12:38 CST on Saturday. My circadian rhythms are in tune with the sim schedule.
