He's currently lvl 14, one game from lvl 15, and hasn't used any of his boosts. If signed, he could boost to level 17 and be level 18 after one game. Even if he levels before he's signed, he can boost to level 18 after he's signed. His build is pretty much perfect. A great QB for a capped league.
