I don't really understand how people think but as a starter on our undefeated team I got cut after i pm'ed the GM asking why my guy got only 8 plays as a starter. He cut me.

No...He's saying that he PM'ed the GM of his team, with a question as to why he was receiving less plays than the backups, he was then cut by that team.
