Currently 90 agl, 90 spd

Im debating going even higher, but the cost is already 6 to 1. I will probably do each 1 more time, to raise them to 7 to 1, but he may already be a lost cause with the sim changes.

Right now I only use him on ST since his is out leveled heavily in the league I am in. At some point I should probably cap str, but every time I level, I just want to throw more into speed or agl.

Thoughts? Anything is appreciated.

Cap strength. If you really think more speed is the key, look over at Julius Dee. Speed is good, speed is great...but it doesn't get the job done by itself anymore. Same with agility, and your cost is just too absurd to keep paying. Start working on your other attributes.

I will cap str eventually, but with nothing working right now I can just take speed and agl to stupid high levels.

He will never start on my team untill a few first year guys retire, so I have a few more seasons buried on ST's coming.

Dee opening up his build pretty much made me throw in the towel.

It's almost as if speed and agl are on a curve, at some point your just increasing .0000000001

Your post somewhat contradicts itself (unless that's the point of the edit?). You see the curve where it stops helping, but you say you can take them to stupid high levels. They're already plenty high, auto leveling, equipment, and VAs will bring them up even more. But you can't tell me that with the way the sim is going, you actually see it being worth 6 points for 1 more point in each of those. A lot of people wouldn't invest 6 even if there was a noticable gain.

The reason why I say strength is because of those years on ST. If you cap strength, it gets level gains. SAs don't. Since you don't care about stats now, SAs aren't too useful, and since you're already at the leveling floor, its not like you'll get things up any faster. Get strength up, round out the build a bit. Strength is getting more useful, so bring it up, and work SAs when those season 1 guys are pondering retirement.

Yes you are correct, str is the most obvious choice, and I almost cap'd it instead of 1 more point in speed/agl.

I do kinda contradict myself, but its more to the point of frustration with the lack of results speed/agl guys are seeing.

When I first made this guy, I would tell myself SA's at 24, then 30, now im thinking I can hold off till 40. It would only take 3 levels to cap str. That leaves 7 levels to play with. Yes I am missing out on natural gains, but just trying to exhaust all ideas before i cave in.

Pick either speed or agility for your EQ. Personally i like agility with mine. You might find better results. Definitely get that strength up though.

Pray they don't make strength a key part of DE's again. Or that the suggestions to make pancakes work on passing plays don't go through or your guy will be out of gas after 5 plays.

These majorly lopsided builds with no balance at all are the focus of most nerfs/re-balances.

SAs.

Trust me.

Just keep training your stamina/vision/confidence.

Your strength is fine for level 30. Dee's is only a problem because he's almost 50. You wont have to touch strength for another 15 levels to have the strength he did at his level.

Switch to a league that fits your level and you'll be dominant once you fill out.

I may just end up offering him up on the FA market after this season since he is just reduced to ST duty on my current team.

Comments like these are how I know most people in this game have no idea how to build a player in this rule set. This guy isn't even looking to be good right now. When he wants to actually play he can take his strength up to 60 in no time at all, if that even matters.

You're a moron. Builds like this add a strategy element, which is what makes the game fun.
