68 speed definitely. You'll be happy with it!

I'd personally get agility to 68, first...especially with your VA investment already in agility. Maximize the return on investment.

If you're mostly blocking I don't think you need to invest much more in speed. I personally haven't taken it above second cap and have no issues lead blocking for the elusive HBs on my team. I know there're a lot of naysayers when it comes to vision on FBs and with it hovering around the first cap - which is I think where most have it - it might cause problems so I'd consider either raising that to the second cap or taking confidence to first cap and pumping agility after that.

Doesn't look like you rush too often so IMO agility is the better way to go, especially w/ the investment in Quick VA (it will make it even better). Pump up your quick cut since it help w/ blocking too and increase vision which helps w/ blocking (although not really needed for power running.)
